Bobby Kennedy, a singer, songwriter and self-taught left-handed guitarist, has been gracing local and regional stages in the Northeast with his children and grandchildren for nearly four decades. Originally from Dunkirk, NY, Bobby joined the US Army and began his musical journey playing acoustic guitar on stages throughout the US and parts of Germany. He settled in Kingston, NY with his wife Nancy and five children in the late 80s and has continued sharing his talent and love of music with the local community since then.
Always a family-friendly performance, Bobby and his daughters can often be found playing acoustic, layered harmony versions of classic rock songs from bands such as The Beatles, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, America and Dan Fogelberg, as well as originals from his Late Bloomer album. When Bobby isn't performing music with his family, he can be found running sound stages at local art and music festivals such as the Rosendale Street Festival and Snowflake Festival, organizing music for summer music festivals and local music venues, or producing music for local and regional musicians.
